Creator signal: FID + follower count are the ONLY reputation inputs at t+seconds. This is why D13 (canonical cast↔contract binding) matters — it determines whether "the creator" is authenticatable at all. Transition rule (TBD): "Established" flips once real trade history, holders, and price data exist. Threshold = volume + time + holders — exact values need a Manan call. Interacts with D15 (liveline): the no-liquidity and low-liquidity edge-case fixtures in liveline already handle the chart side of this state.
